Digital Yacht was founded in 2011 by Nick Heyes. With over 25 years' experience in marine electronics and engineering, Nick decided to expand his business by creating his own products, giving birth to the Digital Yacht brand. Our team has over 100 years combined experience in marine electronics and we pride ourselves on the quality of our UK made products.
We believe that consumer devices such as iPhones, tablets, PCs and MACs have come of age and are providing inexpensive enhancements to navigation systems. We make it easy to access the Internet, and our products also allow you to retrieve instrument data from mobile devices, AIS systems, plotters and more. -Not just for you, but for your crew and guests too. We have also developed a range of navigation sensors, including GPS / Glonass / Galileo, electronic compasses with fluxgate technology and anemometer vanes with Wi-Fi interface.
